Who are our members?
Driving Instructors that aspire to a higher level of excellence in their
field. We are not an open association. Members must meet NDI criteria before
being accepted and the standards are high. Ongoing evaluations ensure that
current members continue to meet the requirements. Our membership is
confidential, and we will only give out members' contact info if specifically
requested by that member.
Membership Services
- NDI Approved Curriculum book for Classroom and Driving Instruction
- Ongoing updates on the newest methodologies and techniques for Driver
Education
- Receive ongoing lists of NDI approved / pre screened schools, or if you
are a school, a list of drivers
- Confidential analysis of your business, including market analysis and
recommendations for business growth
- Bimonthly NDI Newsletters with the latest trends in the industry
- Telephone or email support with one of our NDI experts (on site by
arrangement)
- If you are an Accredited Driving School, inclusion in our list of recommended schools in your area on our
partners' marketing websites, and in any events that we participate in
- Discounts to NDI events and seminars
Membership Requirements
- Incorporate NDI approved criteria for curriculum in your current
instruction methods
- Receive an analysis of your current curriculum by NDI experts (at no
charge)
- Ensure that you and your driving instructors meet the minimum NDI
standards
Membership costs
Annual dues for the National Driving Instructors Institute are $45.00 for
individual members, $150.00 for a driving school, and
include the above services. To be included as a member, the above requirements
must be met within the first 60 days of receipt of your membership application
and your dues. Dues are non refundable.
